REFUND & RETURN POLICY

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your product arrives:

- Defective;
- Incorrect; or
- With missing components or accessories,

Please provide your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After reviewing the information provided, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
If the return is required because the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Non-Defective Returns and Return Shipping Costs
We accept eligible returns when a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, or otherwise wishes to return a non-defective product within the applicable return period.
For these non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error on our part.

7. European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
